Cancellation Policy
Registrations will be refunded less a $295.00 administrative fee upon written notice of cancellation to meetings@myavls.org In order to qualify for a refund of fees, your cancellation notice must be received no later than August 29, 2024. There will be
no refunds of any kind for cancellations or registration modifications received after that date or for lack of attendance. Refunds will be processed after Congress is complete.
